Wow. 11 straight days without posting. I won't even try to justify it. Instead, here is a great song.
Well..two great songs. Early in August the four Southamptonites who call themselves Pale Seas released their new single Bodies. It will be released as a double-A side along with My Own Mind on September 17th through Communion.
Before ever hearing the original of this tune I heard the remix by fellow Southampton dweller Tropics. Tropics is the moniker of Chris Ward, a multi-intrumentalist producer who has gained a reputation for his excellent remixes and his interesting rhythmic, chillwave-esque debut album Parodia Flare released in 2011. Anyways, I think the remix might be better than the original. Sorry. It's just more my thing.
Both are great. Both are listenable to below. What do you think?
